Seersucker Social is back! Taking inspiration from the 1920s, when Vizcaya was James Deering’s private home, the museum is hosting a game night in the gardens complete with lawn bowling, yard dice, croquet and more. Live music “jazzes” up the atmosphere and swing dancers guide you through the steps of popular dances of the era. Guests are encouraged to dress the part and get dandy by wearing their flapper dresses, seersucker jackets and other 1920s garb—because anything worth doing is worth doing right!
Included in admission is a drink ticket for a gin rickey, a 1920s cocktail that Deering would have loved! Other food and refreshments are available for purchase through our Cafe and Shop.
